+ -1 moreFailed to show up on the date of the installation. Later rescheduled, they showed up late. They picked at our hardware for about an hour and left. No QA was done, our phones and fax lines were down an entire day. Eventually the issue was resolved by a third party. Backes decides to bill me for 5+ service calls in a single day for problems they created, threatens to take me to court if I don't pay. USE AT YOUR OWN RISK. Many other options available instead of using these scammers.
Description of Work: Was hired to help convert phones over to a new ISP.
