I called in the morning to see if they could get me in that day. Recommended I bring the car in after 12:00 that same day. They explained that from the sound of things the starter might be shot, and need to be replaced or they could possibly get by just cleaning the contacts. At 3:00 that same day they called to let me know the car was ready. They explained all of the charges and repairs. Corey was very friendly and thorough with his explination of repairs. He explained the reason why the labor charges were so high. No matter what they did with the starter, the labor would be the majority of the cost. No surprises and very curtious.
