Great! I assumed that I would need to replace the lock and rekey all the others, but Troy was able to get the broken key out of the old lock and get it working and much better than it was before.

Quick efficient friendly and on time

The service was excellent from start to completion. The individual responsible to schedule appointments promptly returned my call. The technician, Troy, arrived on time and provided excellent service. Several years ago I had work completed by White Bear Locksmith's. They were excellent the first time as well. I would definitely utilize this company again in the future.

The installation started at 10 am as scheduled and was completed about 3;00 pm. There were no complications in the installation. Even the steel front door was not a problem and there was no additional cost for fitting a lock in a steel door. The installer left the old spring locks with us and said four of the five were still good and someone we know perhaps could use them. They installer cut us four keys. There is also a 10 % Senior Discount which my mother used. The workmanship and service by White Bear Locksmith is excellent. I recommend it as your locksmith choice!
