 + -1 moreThe were on top of the process and completely prepared and knowledgeable. Answered a number of questions about the documents and process. Very professional yet very approachable. Did a better job than the loan originator and kept the process on point. Price was lower than the loan originator and lower than some competitors. Dealt with more than one person but each was knowledgeable or referred me to someone who was.
Description of Work: They were the closing agent for a loan refinance.

 + -1 moreI sold my house to a roommate. Neither one of us used realitor still save on the commission. We we both a little stressed about filling everything out correctly. They made sure the sale went through without a hitch. Had us both wondering why anyone ever pays 7% commission when selling a home.

 + -1 moreWe don't live in the area and inherited a property in Minneapolis. TitleSmart handled our closing. Kim Parsons was excellent. She handled all aspects of the closing. We didn't have to be present which was very convenient since on the day of closing the buyer had to postpone for 4 days. Kim handled the rescheduling and adjusted the paperwork. Fees were very reasonable.
