 + -1 moreThis is a reliable costumer service and satisfaction company. They are small town family business and work to serve their customers even if it is 10 years after job completion. A++
Description of Work: Bill Sontag and his employees installed carpet through out our house 10 years ago. We were pleased with all aspects of the bid, work, and on time completion. We have enjoyed and been complemented on the carpet many times. When a less reliable contractor put on an addition and left the grade flowing into the house, we had wet carpet and padding in a lower level bedroom. We went to Suburban Floor Covering on advice to save the carpet. Someone came to our house within two hours, told us what would be the best proceedure and told us our remnant they had left could be pieced in where stains could not be removed. We set up a date to do the work with and estimate of $150. Today, they arrived on time, replaced padding, repaired carpet, (even more was required than in original bid) and charged a total of $159.

 + -1 moreThey were very accommodating. Their prices competitive and they were professional to work with. They allowed to take samples home and if we needed a larger swatch they said they'd order it for us.

 + -1 moreWE HAVE DEALT WITH SUBURBAN SEVERAL TIMES. THEY HAVE LAID CARPET IN THE FAMILY ROOM, VINYL TILE IN BASEMENT AND AT FRONT DOOR, AND NOW CERAMIC TILE IN KITCHEN. WE HAVE WORKED MOSTLY WITH SALESMAN, JAMIE, WHO WENT BEYOND THE CALL OF DUTY WHEN WE HAD A FLOOD JUST AFTER THE CARPET WAS LAID. HE CAME AND HELPED ME RAISE THE CARPET SO IT COULD GET AIR UNDERNEATH. I LOVE THESE PEOPLE.
Description of Work: INSTALLED CERAMIC TILE IN KITCHEN.
