They put a new furnace in our house in Nov.

This was a wonderful, quick, stress-free experience! I met with Scott Sicard (one of the owners from S&R Heating and Cooling) and he gave me an estimate the same day that I called inquiring about a new system. He was polite, honest, informative and didn't make me feel pressured into buying anything extravagant. He even offered me a discount for paying everything by check and filled out all the paperwork for me to qualify for a bunch of rebates. I felt so comfortable and the prices were so reasonable that I made the purchase right away and the install was scheduled for later that week. I did not expect it to happen so quickly!! The day of the install, both owners (Scott & Rob) and 2 other techs (Nathan & Braeden) were there first thing in the morning. They were all very polite, efficient and respectful of my house. They took their shoes off every time they came inside the house, gave me updates on how things were going throughout the install and cleaned up everything from top to bottom before they left. I was very impressed by their professionalism. They really made me feel comfortable throughout the whole experience and I am so happy with my new HVAC system. I liked S&R so much that I signed up for a Maintenance Agreement with them and will only use this company going forward if any other appliance goes out in my house.
