I feel that the jobs are rushed and not very detailed for the money they charge.

I can highly recommend them.  I was able to schedule the appointment over the phone and pay over the phone.  They were able to come to my house when I was out for work.  Everything was done with very high standards.  I had an ease with the appointment, reasonable pricing and an excellent outcome.

I am disabled.  They have been doing a good job.

The housecleaning performed was substandard; often it was difficult to tell they had been in my home, except that the tips I left were gone and sometimes they left their card. The crew of 2 women was in and out in 30-45 minutes, which is not enough time to clean a home of this size. The rushed work was evident: The cleaners missed entire rooms or parts of rooms (a toilet here, a sink there, dusting in this room, vacuuming in that room). Wood floors were merely dusted (as opposed to wet-cleaned) with something that pushed the dust and debris into the corners. I gave feedback to the cleaners (verbal & written), but the cleaning quality did not improve. When I initially called to cancel the service, the quality control person I spoke to convinced me to give them another try with another work crew and with her inspecting the work after they were done. That was the only satisfactory cleaning I received; the remaining cleaning sessions were rushed and spotty and so I canceled the service.

Two people cleaned my house in approximately two and a half hours. They did an excellent job.

A NIGHTMARE. THEY CLEANED WELL, BUT THE REST OF THE EXPERIENCE WAS AWFUL. THE FIRST TIME THEY CLEANED, THEY LEFT ALL THE FURNITURE IN THE MIDDLE OF ROOMS, SOME WAS IN DIFFERENT ROOMS. THEY THREW THEIR MOP BUCKET WATER OUT THE FRONT DOOR (IN THE WINTER), ALONG WITH THEIR DIRTY RAG. DESPITE REPEATED REQUESTS, THEY NEVER BOTHERED TO RETREIVE THE RAG. AFTER THAT, EVERYTHING WOULD BE SO REARRANGED, WE HAD TO SPEND 2 HOURS PUTTING THINGS BACK. THEY WOULDN'T CLEAN WHAT THEY HAD AGREED TO CLEAN. THEY SEEMED INTERESTED IN FEEDBACK, BUT NOTHING SEEMED TO CHANGE. THE LAST STRAW WAS THEM CLOSING A CAT IN A CLOSET FOR THE DAY. NO ATTENTION TO DETAIL!

ON THE SURFACE, IT APPEARED THAT THEY DID A SATISFACTORY JOB CLEANING MY HOME. HOWEVER, UPON CLOSER INSPECTION, I REALIZED THAT THEY MISSED SEVERAL THINGS I''D ASKED THEM TO DO AND WHAT THEY DID DO WASN''T DONE VERY WELL.

WE HAD THEM OUT TO CLEAN OUR HOUSE, THEY MISSED SEVERAL SPOTS AND ONE ENTIRE ROOM. HAD THEM OUT AGAIN TO CORRECT IT AND WAS STILL NOT HAPPY, SO CANCELLED THEIR SERVICE. TOOK THEM SEVERAL DAYS TO RETURN CALLS. PRICE WAS OK, BUT SERVICE WAS BAD.

SOME PEOPLE IN THE CENTRAL OFFICE HAVE BEEN VERY PLEASANT TO DEAL WITH - I WOULD LOVE TO WORK WITH THEM ALONE, BUT UNFORTUNATELY THE REST OF THE SERVICE THEY PROVIDE IS DISATSROUS. ONE OFFICE WORKER WAS ALMOST RUDE WHEN I CALLED TO INQUIRE ABOUT THE WHEREABOUTS OF THE CREW WHEN THEY WERE OVER 2 HOURS LATE, LIKE IT WAS RIDICULOUS FOR ME TO EXPECT THEM TO SHOW UP WHEN THEY ARE SCHEDULED TO. SEEMS THEY OVER SCHEDULE THE CLEANING CREWS, AND THEN THEY RUSH THROUGH THE JOB. SO MUCH WAS MISSED - SPOTTY DUSTING, BARELY CLEANED FLOORS, NO ATTENTION TO DETAILS, GARBAGE LEFT OUT ON THE FRONT STOOP, LIVING ROOM NOT EVEN TOUCHED. REALLY, REALLY DISAPPOINTING.
