Enjoyed all interactions with this company - from the initial contact to the actual work done.  They came out within a day or two (it was not an emergency) - and performed the work quickly and efficiently with friendly confidence.  They even recycled the boxes the lights came in.  Prices were reasonable.  I would definitely use this company again.

They were great to deal with. They've done a couple of projects for us and are scheduled to do another when we get some fixtures re-wired. Excellent work, prompt, pros.

My home is over a hundred years old and has a real mix of wiring in it. For insurance reasons and just peace of mind, I wanted to get the knob and tube wiring in my house upgraded.
First they started cleaning up the old wiring in the basement and then they moved to the attic, where they did the vast majority of their work. I was lucky that the wiring that needed to be updated was exposed in the attic and that they were able to easily run the wires down the walls to the outlets and to the ceiling fixtures that needed to be updated. In addition, they added a fixture and outlet on my front porch and changed out a fixture.
Grant and Dean were very professional and patient with my house and the working conditions. My attic is full of insulation and it was hot, dusty and miserable working conditions. No plaster on my walls was damaged during the job and I was very happy with the final results.

I had used another firm before and when I tried to use them while coorindating all the service providers, my drywall person suggested Marshall's. They arrived in a timely manner, were friendly, and always cleaned up after themselves. They did the work in two phases. My only complaint is that they did not ask me about everything they did. After the first phase, I received a bill, but it was more than I expected. After calling and addressing this, phase two was much better with communication.

They gave me an estimate, installed the floor, arranged for the inspector. Tested the unit before and after the floor tile was installed, etc. The whole job went very well and we are very happy that we went ahead with this installation.

MARSHALL ELECTRIC HAS BEEN VERY RESPONSIVE IN DOING A NUMBER OF SMALL PROJECTS FOR ME OVER THE YEARS, INCLUDING: ADDING OUTDOOR SOCKETS FOR CHRISTMAS LIGHTS, REPLACING RECESSED LIGHT FIXTURES, ETC. THEY ARE ALWAYS VERY PROMPT AND EASY TO WORK WITH.

OUR CONTACT, DAVE, HIS SON, GRANT, THE ELECTRICIAN, AS WELL AS ANOTHER SON, DEAN (WHO OCCASIONALLY ASSISTED) ALL DID EXCELLENT WORK OVER A PERIOD OF SEVERAL WEEKS. IT WAS A DIRTY, DIFFICULT JOB REQUIRING SOME OUTSIDE WORK ON THE ROOF DURING FEB/MAR AND THEY HANDLED IT WELL, POLITELY, AND EVEN MAINTAINED A SENSE OF HUMOR ABOUT IT. THE CITY INSPECTOR COMMENTED ON THEIR PROFESSIONALISM. ALTHOUGH THEY ARE NOT INEXPENSIVE, THEY ARE ETHICAL AND DO DEPENDABLE WORK. WE HAD USED THEM BEFORE ON OUR OWN HOME AND TRUSTED THEM.

THEY DO VERY GOOD WORK AND ARE VERY TRUSTWORTHY.
