The guy was friendly, on time and got the job done in less than 10 minutes.

Car broke down and needed to be towed to dealer. I called Roadside Assistance to get a tow, however, the wait was over 3 hrs. I checked Angie's List for an alternative. Luther Towing was available within the hour so I cancelled the other service and went with Luther. They were polite and followed up to let me know when they would pick up the car and to confirm delivery to the dealership. The price was very reasonable. I was happy to find them on Angie's List. I would recommend them to anyone needing a towing service.

I scheduled the move of my classic VW for 3:00 PM and they arrived early. They loaded the car onto a flatbed and also hauled an extra engine from the garage it was stored in, and loaded it on the flatbed as well. When we arrived at the unloading point they helped me haul the extra engine to it's storage spot and then unloaded the car and helped me push it into it's resting spot. Overall they were courteous and very helpful, and they were the least expensive of the towing companies I researched.

I have unfortunately had need of towing services twice in recent memory. I stumbled upon Luther Towing the first time on a bitterly cold January night when my car died at the side of 35E. They were quick, they were professional, they were reasonably priced. When I had need of another tow less than 2 weeks later, I did not have to think twice about it - I called them again and had the exact same experience.

I originally found Luther Towing and Auto Service through a crowdcut/groupon type special. I am so grateful that I did. I can't believe I can say honesty, professionalism, knowledgable etc all in the same sentence when describing a car mechanic but I can with the owner of Luther Tow. I experienced such great service with my original oil change that I started looking at the other services they provide. When I needed new brakes on my Avalanche pickup I was able to get it done with Luther for less than half the price of a prior quote I received from an auto transmission place. Was this just a fluke?? No as proved with my next experience: My son originally had brake, front and rear end work done (tie rods etc) on his Dakota pickup at another facility. Within a month he had issues with the calipers. I had Luther Tow tow the vehicle to the auto works place that did the prior work as they indicated the issue might be covered under their warranty for the work they just did. Once inspected they indicated that the calipers were not covered under the warranty from the work just done weeks ago. They proceeded to quote me a price of $701.71 to replace both front calipers. Knowing that I did not have very good service from this facility just weeks ago I elected to have the truck towed to Luther Towing and Auto Service. I knew at Luther I could get excellent service, work done right and at a reasonable price. I had the following work done for $403.99: new brake line, 2 front calipers, tow to their facility and an oil change. I saved over $180 on labor and $135 on the caliper parts. I had the vehicle towed twice and still saved money having the work done at Luther. You can't go wrong with having your vehicles serviced here!!! I am a customer for life. Oh, and the price towing with Luther is cheaper than the competition as well.
