I had a new roof and gutter/fascia 10 years ago.  At the time, I decided to keep the wood soffit as-is, since I had just finished painting it.   Now, 10 years later, it was time for another paint job.  I was told by someone that getting aluminum soffit installed when the fascia already existed would be difficult, since the soffit tucks under the fascia.   My next-door neighbor was getting a new roof in July, installed by Kreuser and Sons.  I was so impressed with their work, that I asked about having aluminum soffit installed.  Troy Nelson responded quickly to my phone call.   He said the job would be easier without the existing fascia, but certainly possible to do.  He delivered the bid to my email within 2 hours.  I expressed acceptance of the bid, so Troy returned with samples of the material.   I paid 1/3 of the cost as down payment, and 3 weeks later Troy called with 3-day advance notice of their planned work day.  Troy delivered the materials on August 26.  On August 27 they started work at 7:30 am.   Troy introduced me to the foreman, Doug. The job task involved cutting a wide hole along the length of the soffit - to increase ventilation   (previously I only had a few soffit vents).  They placed scaffolding and foot planks around my house, being careful around existing shrubs.

The work crew was a wonderful group of hard-working people - all of them easy to talk with.   Their attention to detail was commendable.  I was especially impressed with how they installed the soffit panels at the corners - (see photo).  They did angle-cuts on the soffit panels that tucked under a corner bar.   An easier way would have been to just install uncut full panels - and I wouldn't have known any differently. 

The job was done by 4 pm.  The mess was cleaned up.  It looked very professional.   When I need a new roof, Kreuser and Sons will be at the top of my list.

Everything went very smoothly. I needed a small deck built in short order, to get my house ready to put on the market. I called around to about 12 different places, and these guys were the only ones willing to do it at a reasonable cost within my timeframe. They completely followed through on their commitment, and the deck passed the city inspection without a hitch. The city inspector says he rarely sees work that clean. They finished the deck in only 2 1/2 days and it looks great. I wish I had chosen cedar instead of the cheaper, pressure treated green wood  because it looks really green -- but once it gets stained that will not be an issue.

The work done by Kreuser and Sons was better than their customer service. On-site employees were not particularly friendly. Specifically, they did not interact with me other than ringing the doorbell to be let in to begin work. When they finished the job, the employees simply left without a word.
I would recommend Kreuser and Sons if you are having simple work done, like a basic awning, but would be weary of more complicated projects because of the poor communication.

We were extremely satisfied from beginning to end. Rod was very helpful in reviewing options of siding and the stone work we were looking to do. Their price was very competitive. They stuck to their schedule and got in and out within a little over a week during the hotest days of this summer. The work crew was very professional and accommodating. Would definitely use Kreuser and Sons in the future for any work.

After hiring Kreuser and Sons for work on my father's house the year earlier we hired them for work on my mother-in-law's house. They put on new siding, awnings and doors. My mother-in-law doesn't like anyone she doesn't know working on her house, but was very comfortable with the crew from Kreuser and Sons - that says a lot! The were friendly, completed a quality job and we would definitely recommend them to family and friends!

We hired Kreuser and Sons to do the work on my father's house. Worked was planned in two phases and completed in two phases approximately 4 months apart. Work is incredible, my father is extremely happy with everything and especially enjoys the new 3 season porch. Everything from the estimating to finishing work was done above and beyond expectations. The crew was great to have around, polite, friendly and professional! Picked up everything after the job, no need to worry about anything laying in the grass. Any questions before, during and after have been answered to our satisfaction and in a timely fashion.

On both occasions there was no pressure, but rather good, sound, useful suggestions during the decision making and the actual work. Workers were always, punctual, polite and friendly, clean and neat in their person and their work. They even helped move some things, (inside and out) to make space for them to work and they worked in a couple of quite tight spots without complaint.

Their first day on the job I learned they had discovered late the evening before that the wrong color bow window had been delivered to them. The manufacturer had been notified and by early afternoon of the second work day the new, correct bow window arrived on site from the factory.

Retro-fitting can be difficult to do but my wife and I are very satisfied and pleased with the workmanship, and look of the new windows; both from inside and out.

Kreuser and Son's were very professional when dealing with us, and our customers. They delivered what they promised, and then some. Without hesitation we would recommend their services, especially the windows and siding. They are experts on what looks good and what will last!

They were on time professional and prompt. It was an excellent experience and I would recommend them to anyone. They cleaned up the job well and I was pleased with the outcome.
