Very well--stayed on schedule and came back to wood-fill a few nails that they'd missed. The original sales person also came back at the end for a walk through.

Cory did a good sales pitch, but after we signed it went downhill from there. We received defective Armstrong flooring, three different times (November-January) which the installer went through every batch to try and find the non-defective product. We were notified after the third batch was almost completely installed that the product was defective again. Flooring has numerous scratches on it. Instead of trying to find a solution and offer a new floor, they just installed the defective product. This issue should have been resolved between Flooring International and the distributor before they installed. Kyle then told us if we wanted a different floor, they would split the labor cost with us, really... wait until after the floor is installed to come up with this offer??? All this could have been resolved if they would have been honest from the beginning. What happened to Customer First.

This job is still not completely finished that started in the fall of 2016. It took months for the project to be done with the finishing touches that were missed or so poorly done with the initial install. Then I needed one board repaired immediately that was damaged in the foyer by the installers taking all of their stuff out. I was not there at the time. I am still waiting for this repair and it is Feb 2018. Communication has become non existent. The quality of the floor is terrible too, it always looks dirty, smeared no matter what I try, even trying what a floor inspector suggested. there are small dents and puckers scattered all over, it obviously does not hold up for a small single lady and her cat! But they do not stand behind the product they sell. so I give up, thus the bad review... In the midst of all of this I did hire them again to do my bathroom with tile, and love that - installed well and is holding up. It was completely different installers and much more professional. Those for my laminate kitchen and foyer floor, not so much. They did not leave behind any unused boards either otherwise I would figure out how to replace the damaged one myself. It seems to be hit or miss with good service and communication with this company. I was the loser here. I am really kicking myself as I may have to just suck it up and replace my flooring already two years later.

I was so impressed at our initial meeting when Cory explained the services provided. He was very patient with me all during the decision-making process. The installers were phenomenal! Very professional and the quality of their work was excellent. They even came back on a Saturday afternoon to install closet door stops! I was so impressed with them that I’m going to use them for a crown moulding project and later, a brick and wood accept wall.

I love the final product. I liked that they came to my house with product samples. The people I worked with were all great. I liked the installers. The hardest part was scheduling the work - everything seemed to take longer than anticipated.

Only problem was an error in the original order of the wood floor product, which delayed/postponed installation. Company rep. promptly corrected the error and ordered a nicer product, at no additional charge. After a couple of weeks, installation occurred and went well. We're very pleased.

The service was fine. It was uneventful. They got me what I wanted, came when they were supposed to and laid the carpeting nice. It was fine. They did my carpet two years ago I did not dislike anything. They were timely, I thought the price was reasonable, the person who did the work was efficient and friendly. I have had no issues with the company since the last service was provided. I probably would not use them again because I would like to go into a store that was more geographically desirable for me. I would like to go into the store and look at what they have, but it is just not geographically desirable. I probably would use a closer place, but that is really not their fault.

I appreciated how much time they spent with me selecting the right product for my rooms. I was overwhelmed by the number of choices. A written estimate was made after we choose the tile we wanted. The installation was put off for a few weeks at our request, and when we were contacted about an open date, we took it and it just so happened the installer had to stay home with a sick child. We were called immediately and the instillation was completed the next day. The installer returned the following day to make sure everything was all right.

Kyle and his crew did a great job. He was thorough in his bid of the job. He noted that there was lead paint on the house and that they would need to take special precautions with scrapping and clean-up. This was something that other estimators did not bring up and was of particular concern given that we have a 18 month old son. Kyle recommended a quality paint and brush technique that was more expensive and time consuming but which he/we felt would be more durable. Overall they did a very good job. We had significant gardens around the house and we were concerned about them surviving the process and the gardens faired ok despite a lack of water. Kyle's crew was failrly through in their daily clean up and they were open to feedback and concerns we had during the process. Kyle and his crew frequently asked if there was anything else they could do ensure that we were satisfied customers. All in all we ended up with a $10,000 job for about half the price. They did a great job.
