THE EMPLOYEE WAS VERY PLEASANT, PROMPT, AND EASY TO GET AHOLD OF. HE HAD VERY GOOD ANSWERS TO ALL OF MY QUESTIONS. HE WAS VERY REASONABLE WITH COST AND THEIR COSTS WERE AS ESTIMATED AND AS ADVERTISED.
