 + -1 moreNot a very service oriented company. They want to shove the product on the customers and expect them to buy without much questioning.
Description of Work: Got the good faith estimate for the mortgage since they had one of the best rates around. However the fees were slightly higher when the bill came out. Broker explained it is hard to estimate all the costs precisely.

 + -1 moreTHE EMPLOYEE WAS VERY PLEASANT, PROMPT, AND EASY TO GET AHOLD OF. HE HAD VERY GOOD ANSWERS TO ALL OF MY QUESTIONS. HE WAS VERY REASONABLE WITH COST AND THEIR COSTS WERE AS ESTIMATED AND AS ADVERTISED.
