Awesome service! Project was to install or replace antenna. Problem turned out to be a bad connector on the rooftop antenna wire. Technician Matt replaced connector. Over-the-air TV channels now come in crisp, and more channels than I ever had historically - prior to replacement up to 19 channels (on a good day), now I receive 35 channels!!! Thank you ACS and thank God for Matt's help.

For the same price, Best Buy would have mounted my 32" tv and set it up (2 apps). Mounting of tv's is a newer service for this provider. The screws provided with the mount were not long enough, tech (very nice and polite but REALLY a satellite dish installer) had to improvise by adding nuts, washers. Should have waited and gone with Best Buy. Sorry!

Tony did a great job mounting the TV over the fireplace. It's tapered wall so it was a bit challenging. Excellent job and attention to detail. Audrie did a great job of following up and making sure I had the right person scheduled for the job. Great communication all the way around. Thanks

The staff I spoke to on the phone was helpful and interested. The highly professional technician phoned me previously to the time of our appointment, and he arrived on time.
