+ -1 moreTHEY DIDN'T HAVE ANY ONE SOLUTION TO WHY THIS WAS HAPPENING, BUT THEY DID A LOT OF THINGS TO ELIMINATE THE PROBLEM. THEY HAD VERY GOOD IDEAS TO DETECT PROBLEMS. THEY DID THINGS THAT WILL MAKE A BIG DIFFERENCE. I'M VERY SATISFIED WITH THE PRICING BECAUSE OF ALL THE EXTRA SERVICES THEY INCORPORATED.
Description of Work: I HAD SOME MOISTURE IN THE BASEMENT, AND IT HAD BEEN WATERPROOFED. THEY CAME IN AND THEY DID THE OUTSIDE WORK AND DETECTED IN THE FRONT YARD A LOW AREA WHERE WATER WAS OBVIOUSLY SITTING AND COULD BE DRAINING INTO THE BASEMENT.
