Bruce Ebnet Piano Mover

Bruce does not have a storefront or a business phone listing, but he was recommended by the local Schmitt Music piano salesperson as well as our real estate agent. I left a message at his home and he called back the same evening. After I described the piano and the location it was being moved from and to, he quoted a price and we set an appointment. He arrived within 5 minutes of the appointment time. I was somewhat dismayed to see that he brought a pickup rather than a closed truck (that's why I downgraded the professionalism category) but the truck had an adjustable topper and the piano fit just fine. Bruce and his helper were very professional and very careful of the high gloss piano as well as our brand new hardwood floors. The move was only a mile or so across town and it took them less than an hour. They placed the piano just where we wanted it and put the caster cups we had bought under the legs to protect the floor. Then Bruce checked the action and the pedals to make sure everything was working, gave us some advice about piano tuners, and was on his way. We paid cash, and I don't know what other forms of payment he may accept. We couldn't have been happier with the move.
