Carson Medcalf was very responsive and professional. He was able to diagnose and fix a floor sanding problem from a prior company that wasn't apparent to us until after the darker stain went on. Apparently, the prior company had wheels on their floor sander that were off center and not balanced resulting in an uneven sanding job. We would not hesitate to use him again.

Carson did a great job on our hardwood floors. He was very prompt and professional and his prices are very reasonable. He seamlessly matched the refinished hardwood to the floors in the rooms we had previously had refinished. Also, he is very meticulous in his work and kept the areas he was working in clean and tidy. He is a joy to work with! Our power went out on one of the days he was supposed to be working and he was very flexible and accommodating to our schedule and was able to squeeze us in to his schedule to get the job done in a timely fashion.
