Joe was very professional, courteous and friendly. I needed to have the outlet to my dryer replaced. He completed the work quickly and didn't waste time. My schedule is a little chaotic and he was very patient and cooperative in finding a time that worked for me. He also made suggestions of improvements that could be made further down the line but I did not feel pressured at all. He took the time to talk to me first and find out what really needed to be done as a priority. I will definitely hire Joe again and have already recommended him to my sister.

Dan replaced a roof across the street so he was familiar with our neighborhood and some of the homeowners. When the neighbor who shares my mailbox post and I decided to replace our rotten post and rusting mailboxes Dan came to mind because of the fine job he did on the roof. Dan was willing to pick up all materials including searching for the Rubbermaid mailboxes I specified. He was careful about costs, calling me from the lumber supplier to verify the dimensions of the post and make sure the cost was OK. He worked very hard all day to minimize the time we were without mailboxes even though he ran into a nest of fist-size and larger rocks in the bottom foot or so of the hole he had to dig. Clearly no previous post had been installed to the recommended frost line prior to this installation. The work was done neatly all debris was removed and except needing to be stained when he was done the new post and boxes looked like they had been there all along.
