I brought my car to Youngstedts because of previous service with them. My brakes were squealing so I needed service on them. They went over the pricing possibilities and had me sign for it, then I left to pick up car later. The work was done on time and as expected.

Mark, Jim and others at the front desk do a good job explaining what is needed and why, and offer options for what could be delayed vs. what is urgent. I like that they have walked me out to see the underside of the car and showed me what was done and what else may need work. They have also shown me the parts removed and pointed out the issues/wear on them. While I hope I don't need to see them any time too soon (except for an oil change!), I feel they do quality work, will use them again, and definitely recommend them.

I was in my car on Saturday and I could not turn the ignition switch. I was stuck in my car. AAA came and they took me here. No one else could help with the ignition switch problem that day. I picked up my car on Monday and was shocked at the price. My normal mechanic stated they could have done this for less. I feel they really "had me" as they were they only ones in town that could do this and while I was in a straight. They personel were very nice and helpful, but the price was high.

I am very pleased with them. They are very good. They have good records of what has been done and they know who I am. Their price for tires is very good. Their quality of work is good. They are very friendly.

I thought it was okay but they were the ones who were responsible for my oil filter. The oil filter was not screwed down tight and oil went all over my garage and I had to have it fixed.
