She is the manager and works for the second largest real state company in Minnesota. We met her three years ago and in that period of time she had shown us probably a hundred houses or more. She got to know us very well, anytime anything came on the market that she thought we would be interested in, she contacted us. If we found a house, she would accommodate her schedule to do whatever it took to get us in to that house. Finally, she found the absolutely most perfect house for us in August of this year. We went to see the following night and she did everything from making sure that the seller had a multitude of problems resolved. She is very knowledgeable about the legal portions of the real estate transactions and really looked out for us in terms of being buyers to make sure that we got the best deal possible. We had another transaction, we tried to buy a house earlier this year which we were outbid by another buyer and even through that transaction she literally put thousands of hours in to us. She really made sure that we got the house we wanted at a price that we could afford and she is a wonderful real estate agent. She made sure everything was taken care nicely from finance, dealing with the sellers real estate agent and the seller when there was extensive number of issues that we found during the inspection. I was really happy and want to tell people that they would never ever be disappointed working with her because she is absolutely fantastic. She is consistent professional, totally responsive and I think she gives up a whole lot of her personal life to be really good at what she does. She is also very calm and very knowledgeable.
