My experience was superb!!! I am so happy and satisfied one year later with my choice in the house that I bought. Laura Randall is very knowledgeable about the Lake Minnetonka communities and was sensitive to my situation as I was starting a brand new job as well as finding temporary housing prior to making a new home selection. We looked at 30+ houses and she always indulged me when I wanted to see a house a second or third time. Laura also had a band of expert home inspectors, electricians and other subject matter experts to consult with. I ended up falling in love with a house that was "flipped" and she took the initiative to seek the permits required at the City to ensure the work had been done correctly; I would not have thought of that. Laura was also very positive and provided me with regular updates during the process of home buying. I had a very good experience buying my home with her help! The resources that were available within a professional office such as the Roger Fazendin office in Wayzata were also helpful from a Relocation Expertise.
