It took longer than estimated to be finished. The company was to notify me when it was ready. I was not called and I wanted an ETA , so I called and discovered that it was ready to go. I ended up calling the company since I was still having problems. The owner answered and thought it sounded like a keyboard issue and it was! Maybe a virus was found, but I wish I could have tried a keyboard first. It would have saved time and $200.00. I had it cleaned out previous fall for same amount and virus program installed that was to inhibit problems. I was more impressed the first visit, but I had dealt with the owner of the company.
