Basement Waterproofing
Dick Raiche was hired to fix a water intrusion in my basement. He "guaranteed" his work. When backfilling and replacing the landscaping, he left it sloping toward the foundation, including depressions where water could pool close to the foundation. I continued to get water in that area, and he refused to stand behind his written "guarantee" and fix the landscaping. During my 10+ attempts to contact him to fix the problem, he refused to accept responsibility, made personal attacks, slurred his words, and swore.
