The original bid was for Andersen French wood gliding windows at a cost of $2550 installed. Paul never created any paperwork on the bid. On verbal approval I created a work order with item and cost and statement of work and returned the agreement for his signature with a check in excess of the 30% requested ($900). The day before the install, I was told they had a supplier error on pricing and will be changing the door to the Perma Shield. I agreed to extra $200 cost per door for the wood door. Left them unsupervised to do installation and when done, the installation was out of square and doors did not seal. They don't read directions well. Called Paul to say that there was a problem. He blamed the problem on the house not being square. On return visit, Paul argued but agreed to have Fred (no last name given) return. Later called with appt. next day for he and Fred to address the problem. Problem fixed but required total supervision to get work done correctly. Even last trim was not ok
