+ -1 moreMET THE BUILDER AT A BUILDERS SHOW IN HOPKINS, WENT AROUND TO 7 COMPANIES AT THE SHOW TO SCHEDULE ESTIMATES AND HAD ONLY 1 EVEN CALL TO FOLLOW UP!
Description of Work: OWNER WOULD NOT RETURN CALLS IN A TIMLEY MANNER. WAITED FOR PLANS THAT WERE PROMISED IN A WEKK, BUT THEY NEVER SHOWED. SCHEDULED SEVERAL APPOINTMENTS AND OWNER NEVER SHOWED UP. DID CALL TWICE AFTER THE FACT AND ONCE 40 MINUTES BEFORE THE APPOINTMENT TO CANCEL. THIS LAST TIME HOWEVER, HE NEVER SHOWED UP, AND HAS NEVER CALLED EVEN AFTER MY 3 ATTEMPTS TO REACH HIM, LEFT MESSAGES. SCHEDULED OUT THE WORK SO HE WOULD HAVE PLENTY OF TIME TO SCHEDULE US IN.
