Mark rarely did what he said he would. Whenever I asked him to do something it either didn't get done, was done only after much nagging on my part, or he just said it was done when it wasn't & I never knew that it wasn't. He was always telling me that everything was fine at the property, but when I fired him I found things to be a mess and I had to spend nearly $10,000 to make the place livable. Run, don't walk from this guy.
