We are very happy with our new house, the process was easy and the customer service has been exceptional.

Overall we are happy with our house, just a few irritating experiences along the way. Had to keep a close eye on the building process, as walls were being installed incorrectly and house sat for weeks at a time without progress. We are still trying to get items fixed that were done incorrectly, 16 months after closing. Building Supe they have now is much better than the one who built the home, he was very rude and condescending. We wish the sales person had been more suggestive in the initial phases of building, as there were many options we would have done if we had only known about them. We've heard she is better at this now.

IN MARCH 2005, WE FOUND LEAKING IN OUR MASTER BEDROOM CEILING DURING THE SPRING THAW. WE CALLED THE COMPANY FOR A WARRANTY REPAIR AND THEY TOLD ME IT WOULD BE FIXED. THEY SENT SOMEONE OUT TO TAKE A LOOK AT IT. HE INSPECTED THE ATTIC TO FIND THE SOURCE OF THE LEAK, AND HE TOLD ME THAT THERE WERE TOO MANY VENTS WHICH WAS CAUSING A NEGATIVE MOISTURE EFFECT IN THE ATTIC AREA WHEN SNOW MELTS, OR WITH RAIN AT A CERTAIN ANGLE, THIS ALLOWS WATER IN. THEY SAID SOMEONE WOULD BE CONTACTING US WITHIN A COUPLE OF WEEKS TO SET UP THE REPAIR. NO ONE CONTACTED US. I CALLED THEM BACK A COUPLE OF MONTHS LATER TO FOLLOW UP. THE GUY ACTED LIKE HE DIDN'T KNOW ANYTHING ABOUT THE PROBLEM AND TOLD US WE WOULD HAVE TO FIX IT AT OUR OWN EXPENSE, EVEN THOUGH THEIR ROOFING GUY HAD SAID THEY WOULD FIX IT. WE SPENT TOO MUCH MONEY WITH THEM TO HAVE THE ROOF LEAK IN JUST OVER A YEAR, AND FOR THEM TO GIVE ME THE RUN AROUND ABOUT THE PROBLEM. THEY ALSO INSTALLED AN INSUFFICIENT COOLING UNIT.
