We have a new car, we will go back to our dealership. The prices were like any dealer. They're fine, the workers were nice and loved the facility, the showroom was spectacular.

I go to my dealer for auto care. I did a prepaid maintenance plan. The workers are fantastic. I don't see the people who actually do the work. They do offer loaner cars. The car was all cleaned up when they were finished. They are the best I ever had. This location is absolutely phenomenal.

They were great! When I had car trouble they helped me find someone to tow my 2004 RX to the dealer. I have been shopping so I have a car full of my purchases. They gave me a loaner vehicle (which is always a new Lexus) to use until they determined what was wrong with my car, they even helped me move all of my purchase to the loaner car.Once they determined it was the transmission that needed to be replaced, we decided to trade it in and get a new car. We had been planning to do it sometime this year anyway. This is my 3rd RX, and it's the best of the 3! The service is the best, the attention to detail and my satisfaction as a customer is always their priority. From my salesman to the team that services my car, they are always professional.
