I think they did a great job. They were very professional. The challenge was probably the scheduling but it may have just been the type of business and the weather and stuff like that but the work they did was very good. I would use them again in the future.

I purchased a crowdcut coupon for gutter cleaning from this company.  I was not sure about buying it but then read a bunch of great reviews, so I went for it.  Not a good idea.

My appointment was for 8-10 am on a Tuesday.  At 9:30 I called to check in.  They said they had me scheduled for 12-2 PM.  I couldn't be there during that time, so I left the coupon with my number saying to call me.  At 3 PM, I called again since I'd never heard from the person doing the work.  The receptionist said the work had been completed but that she would call the guy working to confirm and call me back.  I never heard back. 

When I arrived home, the coupon was in the door untouched.  It was clear that no one had been to my home.  The next morning I called again and they said someone would be out to the house soon.  They said their guy was in the hospital and they were not aware of it.  About 1 hour later, the guy called me and said he finished all the work and there would be extra charges since my gutters were longer than the coupon covered.  He said the gutters were 130 ft.  I know for a fact that the gutters are less than 94 feet. 

That evening, I returned home asked my partner if he heard any work being done.  He didn't hear anything.  I was worried.  He climbed up on a ladder to see if the gutters had been cleaned.  Most were completely filled with leaves!!!  I was shocked.  Over half of the lower gutters were not cleaned.  We didn't go to the upper gutters to see if those were completed.  I assumed they were not.  I took pictures.

The next day I called and asked to speak with the manager. I sent the pictures to the manager and asked for a refund.  It's a little tricky since it was through crowdcut.  I sent her photos.  Later that day, I called again and she said they would send a refund.  There was never any apology or explanation of why the guy came and didn't complete the work (even though he said he did on the phone).  Beware of this company!

It's been over a month and I haven't received any refund.

Finally, a competent lawn company that does what they say they will, consistently on time and on budget. I have used 5 different companies with variable results, and when we moved to a bigger yard I had to interview 9 companies before I found one with a reasonable price. Not only did they underbid many competitors by nearly half, they have exceeded my very high expectations in service. Our 3 acre property is meticulously maintained. We have no weeds to speak of and they even blow out the patio space (which wraps around the whole house) each week. There seems to be some conspiracy among service providers when they come upon a nice neighborhood; their price increases substantially. It is such a relief to find someone that charges a fair price no matter where you live, instead of assuming you can afford to be screwed on the price and won't know the difference. I almost want to keep this spectacular company a secret, but the responsibility they have demonstrated deserves to be rewarded.
