Very easy to hitch up a trailer type device with their easy turn around. The guys are knowledgable and taught us about the equipment. There was gas in the machine when we picked it up and we didn't have to return it full! Here were no issues with the equipment. When I returned it before my 4 hour time window was up, they gave me money back which I didn't expect. I definitely recommend renting from these guys.

Well Orchestrated Setup and Take Down
Our party was on Memorial Day. A-1 arranged to setup our tents on the Friday before the party. They arrived at 10:00 am, exactly when they said they would. Three young, very professional men made sure they understood where everything was supposed to go. They unloaded the equipment, setup the tents, answered questions, and said they would be back on Tuesday. We didn't have to be there for the pickup. They also made sure to tell us if we needed anything to be sure and call. Tuesday morning, they arrived and packed up everything and hauled it off. They left everything in great shape. Their service was outstanding. Could not have asked for a better experience.
