He is amazing. Keenan & Sveiven is the name of the company. They were referred to us. You pay for what you get, they are more money, you can find it cheaper but you get quality. I would rate them 'A's all the way down.

THE DECK ABOVE MY THREE SEASON PORCH (ON THE ROOF OF IT) IS LEAKING DOWN. TIM CAME OUT TO GIVE AN ESTIMATE. HE NOTED THAT THE LEAK WAS CAUSE BY A WIRE FROM MY HOME SECURITY SYSTEM WHICH IS NOT TRUE. THEN HE YANKED ON IT AND STARTED TO YANK AND TEAR AT THE CARPETING ON TOP OF MY PORCH WHICH WOULD POTENTIALLY CAUSE A BIGGER LEAK. I COULDN'T WAIT FOR HIM TO LEAVE.

THEY WERE TERRIFIC TO WORK WITH. WE ARE WHAT IS KNOWN AS "DIFFICULT" CUSTOMERS, HARD TO PLEASE AND DEMANDING TOP QUALITY. THEY WERE ALWAYS PLEASANT AND GLAD TO DO WHAT WE ASKED. WE HAVE HAD SEVERAL OTHER CARPENTERS/HANDYMEN OVER SINCE AND THEY HAVE PRAISED THE LOOKS AND QUALITY OF THE DECK.
