 + -1 moreJeff is very professional and arrived on time and did a wonderful job of tuning our piano. He also gives great advice on all aspects of piano maintenance (e.g. humidity levels in the home)

 + -1 moreFor our purposes, he only needs to come twice a year to tune for the major climate changes (late spring, late fall). If we aren't here, we give him the garage door code. He is responsible and trustworthy.
Description of Work: Jeff has been tuning our Yamaha (Grand C3) for years. He is experienced, reliable, professional, and skilled. He is well known in the twin cities, and I've become aware that he has many professional/commercial clients as well. He's observant and won't recommend things you don't need. I had asked him about installing a humidifier when we first got the piano, and he said it'd be a waste of money for our conditions.
