We have a sunroom on the back of our house that sticks out past the foundation of the house, but we also have a walk out basement on the back of the house which means the sunroom sits on wood beams on concrete pilings. The original wood beams used were cedar which was rotting at the bottom and causing cracking to our stucco in spots. Doug's crew installed proper support beam lumber and re-laser-leveled the sunroom to within a small fraction of an inch corner to corner. Work looks very professional as we are very pleased. I should say that this project would normally be too small for Doug but he fit it in when doing other work in the area. Over the years, Doug has performed many other projects for our family including finishing a 1000 sq ft basement, putting a four season porch on my parent's townhouse and shoring up and re-building a two level deck at my brother's house. He is always conscientious and does a great job with crews that have been with him a very long time. Doug and guys, thanks as always!

Doug and his crew are as good as they come. On time, respectful, enjoy what they do, and it shows in the finished product. His floor and cabinet guys are artists who take pride in their work. Tom leads the crew, making sure everything gets done right on time and leaves the place better than when he arrived. Having these guys working in my house for a month could have been a huge imposition, but they were a pleasure to have around. Doug's estimate is very detailed, and he is upfront about potential cost overruns. When we ran into evidence of prior water damage, he met with the insurance adjuster with us, had his plumber speak to the insurance company, and worked with us throughout the process to get coverage. I would recommend this company without hesitation.

As always, Doug and his team did a great job from laying out objectives to finishing on time. We have used Doug on numerous projects in the past.

Doug has done a number of projects for us over the years staring with a 900 sq. ft finishing of a large walk out basement at our house many years ago. The most recent work is to complete the project by adding a laundry room (complete with proper plumbing, drainage, and custom cabinets) in our basement as well as remodling the room where the washer and dryer were originally installed (also with custom cabinets).

Doug is very professional and very prompt. He takes his job seriously and his bids were always very complete. His contractors are all very professional, deferential to the homeowner and timely in their work. He has earned a level of trust in our extended family and he is our and quot;go toand quot; guy on our home improvement projects.

They do what they say they are going to do. They always follow up and are very honest. They always work within the budget.

Doug has an excellent crew of craftsmen. Their work was outstanding. They came on time, completed the job on schedule, and always left the area clean at the end of the working day. Plus they were all fun guys and gentlemen. We were pleased with their work and are very happy with our new bathroom.
