Dent Kraft

Made appointment to get a dent removed from driver's side rear door. Technician phoned to tell me that under their shop lights, they could see 7 other dents. They showed us videos of the dents under strong light. We were pleased that they called the other damage to our attention. We had all dents removed. They did a great job in a timely manner and at a reasonable cost. We have been using this company for several years and have always been satisfied.

There was hail damage on almost ever part of my wife's Toyota van. When the van was returned it was perfect. I have known Don since 1985 when he worked at Sears imports. He was trained by a German technician who worked in the Mercedes factory removing dents from new cars at the factory. I have used Don for at least 25yr on my daily drivers ,sports cars and my classic collector cars. Don is a very likable and nice honest man who is a real perfectionist. His shop looks like an operating room and his work is incredible. He works on Fords to Ferraris with the same results. His prices are very fair for the quality of repair. I could not recommend him more highly!

Top of the car got dented. All of the body shops I took it too said it couldn't be fixed with PDR. The roof would have to be removed and replaced costing over $2500. Dent Kraft took on the job and was able to fix it same day for a fraction of that cost.  Work was excellent and you couldn't even tell where the car was damaged.

I had my new Honda Civic for a month when someone drove their pickup truck into the hood of my car in the parking lot.  I had work done at Dent Kraft in the past so I took my car there and found out they could take care of it.  Obviously I was upset about getting the dent but having Dent Kraft fix my car without going through my insurance company made the situation a lot better.

Awesome experience both for the work performed and the professionalism of the staff.  I called and set a time to come in.  They immediately took the car to the repair area and escorted me to the waiting area which, BTW, had a Keurig coffee maker with choices, comfortable sofas and free WiFi.  About 45 minutes later the tech that did my car came to the waiting area and took me to the car.  They showed me the damaged area and the car looked as good as new; like they had waved a magic wand over the area.  When I was satisfied we went inside and I made the payment which was money well spent . I highly recommend this business.

They were awesome.  They took about one hour and it wasn't scheduled.  I was amazed they were able to get me in without an appointment.  The waiting area was very clean and had coffee and water. They take great pride in the cleanliness.  They took me out to my car and showed me another area that had a crease that I hadn't noticed.  They provided an estimate and I thought it was very courteous that they quoted prices now during the busy season and after the busy season, which is November 1.  They were all professional and polite.  I'd tell my friends that they would have extremely high quality and a great price if they hired them.

I had several dents from an incident in the winter where the crease in my lower driver's door was bent unevenly.  Plus some damage on the rear door and the rocker panel.  The pros at Dent Kraft spent two days working out the dents and it is barely possible to see any evidence there was damage and only evident because I knew where to look.  These guys put in incredible effort and were nice people in addition.

The service was AWESOME!!  I showed up without an appointment and they took me right away.  The team was very professional and the shop was spotless!  Exceptional workmanship!  Would definitely recommend!

These people are great. Took my 2007 Infinity to them after I dropped a cooler on the top edge of the front fender,putting a crease in it. Don took a quick look and said they needed a "project" to practice on and assured me they could repair it. I left it for the day as they were within walking distance of my work. When I picked it up I was very impressed. It was unnoticeable as to where the crease was. No paint damage either. I assumed a dent would be easy, the crease more difficult. But they did a great job.

These guys are great.  I got a price quote from the local Honda dealer, and the dealer did not want to do it.  The dealer quoted me a price of $2400 to replace the door panel.
I went to Dent Kraft and they gave me a price choice to remove 85% of the dent, or 100% of the dent.  You can barely tell the difference.  They are very friendly, and are very quick.  In addition, they did a quick clean on the car, and it looked great.  I would highly recommend these guys.

It was brilliant. All the other body shops we canvased told us the paintless approach would not work and that we would probably have to replace the fender and then try to match the new paint with that of the hood and door. Total cost between $800 and $1200. Dan and Don of DentKraft were incredibly helpful and master technicians. They clearly explained their method and guaranteed their work. It took them a day to reverse the creases completely but at a cost of only $350. You would never know that the fender had been damaged.

We had damage to roof, hood and fenders. Dent Kraft was recommended by our insurance adjuster, so we checked Angie's List for reviews and saw good reviews. Because of the August storm, we were unable to get an appointment for repair until October 7th, but that was expected. We were informed that the repairs would take one week and the repairs were completed on time. Dent Kraft had an Angie's coupon for 10% off, but it was supposed to have a dollar limit of $10, which Angie's didn't include on the web coupon. They immediately notified Angie's to correct the coupon, but absorbed our $200 insurance deductible and put on a better and bigger clear gravel guard on the hood to honor the coupon value for us as best they could.  

The hood is aluminum, so it was expected to have to be replaced as the dent removal process doesn't always work on aluminum, especially when the dent is in a crease. They were able to remove the hood dents, so we didn't need to replace the hood. They pointed out to us that all the parts of the vehicle are marked with an ID and if you replace the hood, the hood ID will not match the rest of the vehicle, which is not a problem until you try to resell it and buyers wonder what happened that required the hood to be replaced. We were pleased with the quality of the work; you would never know there was any damage.

They did the job great at the quoted price. No funny business just great work.

Dan Cooney, Manager, was attentive, listened before responding, showed concern and regret for the damage to my new CRV and explained the proposed repair in detail and the cost.  He was more than happy to provide the 10% discount offered customers who are members of Angie's List.  The shop was modern, well presented and immaculate.  The workers were friendly.  I got a second opinion to repair the damage from an Angie's List "Blue Ribbon" auto body provider - the cost $1,200 - $1,400.  When I declined, they offered their paintless dent repair service that is provided by a third party who happened to be on site at the time.  His repair, the same price as Dent Kraft, could be done immediately with a 40 minute wait.  I declined and returned to Dent Kraft who had earlier proposed the repair to the scratched paint would take several layers of hand-applied paint with drying in between to get the desired affect that would be smooth with the existing painted surface.  I bought the touch-up paint from Honda and delivered it and the CRV the next morning at 9:00 a.m.   When I returned at the agreed on time, 2:00 p.m., Dan explained the paint on the CRV was very thick and they had not finished the final polishing because they would like to add another layer or two of paint if I could afford the time.  I was glad to leave the CRV over night and get it the next morning.  I was encouraged by Dan's high expectations to do the best job he could, as if it was his own car.   I was very pleased with the results.  When I showed friends the hood after it was repaired and asked them to find the dent, 2 out of 3 couldn't find it.  I had to show them.  Dent Kraft is good at this and I very highly recommend them without reservation.

Stop in for an estimate, no appointment, for repair of a caved in front bumper. I was impressed at a very clean and organized shop.

Estimate was very reasonable, so I made an appointment to have the work done. I was told it would take about 2 hours.

Don explained what would be done and was very professional and personable.

The waiting room was very comfortable and clean. Forty five minutes later, he told me the work was done. I was amazed at how great the bumper looked. No sign of the "dent".

When we took the vehicle in for an estimate, we were treated with sympathy by the entire shop and they took great pains to let us know they would try their best but couldn't guarantee a perfect result. We told them to go for it as we knew the worst case scenario would be an imperfection on a vehicle we were leasing for 36 months. When we went to pick up our brand new LIncoln we were dumbstruck to see that we couldn't even tell where the dent had been! We talked to the actual technician and he told us it took him several hours. I don't care if he did it in 5 minutes, the results were PERFECT and I seldom use that word for anything.
They have a very clean shop (looks like a showroom) very courteous employees and a website with a lot of good information.
I would recommend these guys to anyone.

I went to Dent Kraft to get an estimate on removing a dent put in the side of our 2001 VW Beetle by a family friend.  Our friend was paying cash for this and we knew a regular body shop would be extremely expensive.  When I visited Dent Kraft's shop, I was impressed with how clean the shop was and the friendliness of the staff.  I was also impressed with the work I saw being done in the shop.  The technician spent a fair amount of time examining the nature of the dent and discussing the options available to me.  One option was to drill holes in the door jam so they could access the backside of the dent with their tools.  He took great care to explain how this would give them the best access versus other methods and assured me the hole would be sealed up after the works was completed.  They quoted $300.
Later in the day after dropping off the car, they called to let me know that the inside panels of the VW wouldn't allow the access we all assumed was there.  Though they managed to remove the dent, they were unable to gain enough access to remove the creases without significant disassembly of the car (typical Beetle).  They also asked if I wanted some other minor dings removed.  I agreed to $100 for the extra work. I went to the shop where I found the work exactly as he described - the dent substantially removed, but some creases still present.  The dings were successfully removed.  He was very amicable in his discussion about reducing the price and agreed to $250 for everything.
Although I didn't get the results we all had hoped for, I remain thoroughly impressed with the staff and skills of this company.  By all means check them out!

These guys were fantastic. They responded to my request for an estimate right away. They provided guidance around how to deal with my insurance company. They delivered a fair and easy-to-understand estimate. They worked with me to schedule my service so that it was entirely convenient. And, best of all, they did an impeccable job. My new (to me) car was damaged by hail and they got it back to beautiful again.  I would definitely recommend them to anyone needing dent removal work.
