I DIDN'T HAVE TO SHOP FOR THE HOT WATER TANK, HE TOOK CARE OF IT ALL, IT WAS GREAT! HE'S EXTREMELY GOOD AT RETURNING PHONE CALLS AND IS THERE WHEN HE SAYS HE WILL BE. HE'S TOP OF THE LINE!
