It's just okay.

Randy at Certapro was fantastic. He explained the process and the expectations and then delivered on every one. He was courteous and professional and had great recommendations on paint. He knows his stuff. The painters came and were also courteous and professional and talented. The results were gorgeous! I am so pleased and would gladly recommend and use CertaPro of Minnetonka again.

Crew did an excellent job painting the house!!! Always cleaned after themselves and the job was completed in the time frame that was set from the beginning !!

Everything went very well once we got it all scheduled. Took some time to get this done as it was not a high priority job, and we started talking about it at the end of the season. Once we got everything all sorted out they were very professional and they did a great job.

Took 3.5 weeks. Leaving some windows covered with plastic for whole process. Started out well but did patch work at the end.

Everyone we dealt with along the process was extremely professional courtious. They arrived on time and were always very concerned that we were happy with the project as things proceeded

On time, finished in one day(was expecting 2 days) and did an excellent job. No misses & no messes.

CertaPro is a professional organization. The estimate was reasonable, the service performed was done on time, and professionally. The ceilings look great.

Painters were on time. Extensive scraping very well done. Primed with peel bond & finished cont applied. Also replaced all soffit vent covers replaced. Painters work very hard!

I has Jeff come out to give an estimate. Based on the verbal estimate we were ready to go. He understood we were in a hurry as we had moved into a new home and were living in the basement until work could be completed. We were promised an estimate by email that day. I called the next day when I had not received it. I left a message and it is now 5 days later with no response.

Very well done. We had to reschedule at the last minute duce to on illness in the family but the work on time & everyone was understanding / accommodating. The painter, Ricardo, did on excellent job on all rooms-some of which included wall paper removal & light wall repair work.

They were extremely organized and prompt with responding to my calls and emails. They gave us the best quote for the work and did a thorough high-quality painting job. We would definitely use them again in the future.

Dmitriy and his crew were outstanding! They always communicated with us when they would be starting each day and how the job was going. We were very impressed with their work and professionalism.

The painting job was great! i was in a pinch because we decided to list our home for sale in a short amount of time. Certa Pro Minnetonka was able to get one of their best interior painters scheduled and the job completed on time. I called a few other painters, but they didn't have the resources to get my job scheduled in the time frame that I needed. I would use Certa Pro Minnetonka again in our new home.

Jeff Tetzlaff was great to work with, his employees were friendly and punctual, and I appreciated them doing all the proper prep work to protect and take care of the surrounding areas.  I had not contracted to paint the ceiling after wallpaper removal, but when I realized it should be done too, they were very accommodating and it was easy to reach Jeff,  get it approved and quoted. The walls needed a bit of repair work in order to be repapered and Dmitriy went above and beyond to make them perfect. 

The kitchen required a lot of careful prep work and some rather tedious painting.  The gal painting was very particular and did a great job.

I will definitely use this group again - prices were very fair, prep and clean up were great, and the quality of work was very good.

They’re not the cheapest but they do high-quality work.  They brought the paint and it was the right color and texture I wanted.  I would use them again and recommend them.  They were the only ones that were able to get in right away, so I was happy with the responsiveness.

Jeff and his team were professional, friendly and went out of their way to accommodate us at every opportunity.  This project had certain challenges (high vaulted ceilings, recently removed wall paper and the like) and the team took care of everything to our satisfaction and at a very reasonable price.  Jeff provided good advice before the project and worked with us to get the job scheduled as quickly as possible and at a time convenient to us.  He maintained good communication with us before, during and after the project.  I recommend them and will be using them again in the future.

They were very responsive and professional.  They were accomodating to our schedule and the follow-up afterwards made us feel they took real pride in their work.

From start to finish - a very good experience with a great outcome. 



As a do-it-yourselfer, Certipro of Minnetonka was the first contractor I've hired - I'm on my second fixer-upper - and I couldn't be happier.



During Jeff's first visit - project estimation - he took the time to understand what me and my young family were looking for.  I was looking for a company that would allow us to do the prep work (to keep within budget) and then come in and take care of all the painting.  Not only did he support this, he priced accordingly where the two other bidders did not.  On top of this, both Jeff and his crew gave me some helpful pointers.  Then during the painting and afterwards, Jeff stopped by to make sure my expectations were being met. 



His onsite crew was also good to work and took the quality of their work seriously.

He was very genuinely concerned about his customers and doing a great job. He followed up on every job, called and came back to check on everything. He is outstanding and has a great personal touch, as well as, quality of work. He even sent a thank you plant arrangement! His crew was amazing as well. He arranged everything around my health and being new to the area. They went above and beyond!

It went well. He gave me two references and they said good things and I went with them.
