Bayshore Homes and Remodeling

Last fall I contacted Bayshore because of a problem with mold/water damage under my siding on the front of my 2 story house. I was nervous about it because I felt I needed to address it before winter (and spring rains), and  I had previously had 2 other companies out who told me that the entire front of my house would need to be ripped off, that I would need all new windows, that I would need all new cedar siding, and that it would cost between $40,000 and $50,000!
Steve at Bayshore had a much more honest and practical approach-- he was able to assess the damage up front and told me the things that I needed to take care of immediately and what could wait.  His explanation was clear enough for me to understand, and when I checked it out with a friend who is an engineer, I was told he was "spot on".
Bayshore was fabulous-- they did the work quickly and professionally.  They were right on time each day, were respectful fo my family and my space, which is important to me as I have a home based business.  They kept the job site clean, took away all the construction mess, and best of all they did a great job!  They kept me abreast of what was going on and were really quick and clear in responding to questions.  The job took exactly as much time as they told me, and came in slightly under the estimated budget.   
They suggested that I may need new windows in a few years; when the time comes I will definitely use them for this and for any other building/remodeling needs in the future!  As a "P.S."....My son is remodeling his kitchen, and he has gotten a bid and design ideas from Bayshore that are amazing--he plans to use them based on the great experience I had. 
As a single female professional it was nice to be dealt with honestly, get great quality, and not be taken advantage of!
