Autoworks Collision of Wayzata restored my confidence that my car would look like nothing had ever happened to it and they were correct. I can not tell my BMW has ever been fixed. I had recieved my car in a couple weeks like thay had promised. I got the car back and it looked as clean and new like the day I had bought it. I would recommend everyone to use Autoworks Collison of Wayzata, they are the best bodyshop in Minnesota. Thanks Atuoworks Collision.
Description of Work: I have a 2009 BMW 528i. I had got rear ended really bad. It buckled the my trunk floor. Damaged both talil lights, rear bumper and trunk lid. The curtious and friendly staff helped me though the tough time of being in a accident. Autoworks Collison of Wayzata repaired and painted the rear of my BMW. They also detailed and cleaned my car before getting it back.

The customer service was extremely poor. Calls were not returned and phone calls to me were not made as promised. It took a very long time for this repair to be completed. They said they would be there until 6:00 for me to pick up my car, but when I arrived at 5:50, the shop was dark and the door was locked. They did an extremely poor job matching the existing paint. I can tell even at night time which section of my car was repainted.
Description of Work: They removed a dent from above the right rear wheel and repainted portions of the car.
