We had a technician from a larger twin cities HVAC company come to our house to try and repair our A/C that wasn't cooling well. They essentially told us we would need a new unit.
We called Bob at Absolute for a second opinion. Even though it was the hottest day of the year he responded quickly and professionally and diagnosed the real issue right away. He showed up when he said he would and provided great service. We were back up and running in a matter of a couple of hours and couldn't be happier. He will definitely be our first call if we have any heating or cooling problems again.

We had previously had two different technicians out to our house for a furnace inspection. Both inspections came back with the conclusion that we needed a new furnace based on several concerns and readings. Bob approached the estimate differently, and he first inquired about why we were looking to replace the furnace and air conditioning units. It turns out that a setting was incorrect on our furnace and when adjustments were made our furnace no longer had the problems that the tecnicians previously noticed. We are so thankful to Bob for his knowledge and expertise. While we will not be purchasing a new furnace or ac unit from Absolute Heating and Cooling, we will be having Bob complete other work in our basement for the supply lines and returns, etc. when we finish the basement. We are tremendously impressed with his service and professionalism and highly recommend him to anyone looking for heating or cooling services.

We have used Absolute Heating and cooling for several years. We found them becaus their name was on a sticker on the new heater that had been installed in the house we purchased. We have had great service from them! He has helped us with our air conditioner our thermostats and several other projects. He has even walked me through a couple of things when I called to asked for help! He always calls back promptly and gets us on his schedule asap! I would highly recommend this company!

I love Absolute Heating and Cooling. No nonsense, just get it done. The price he quoted is the price he charged. He worked into the schedule that I needed. Plus, he just left a bill. No need for prepayment or half payment or for him to come out and provide an estimate. He could tell what was needed over the phone, and Wahla, he makes it happen. I can't say enough good stuff about Absolute.

We are quite satisfied with the work that Absolute has provided for two years.

The experience was fabulous. It was one of those hot days when the air conditioner just stopped, and when we called, the person came out right away. He did the recharge, gave us information about the air conditioner and about what we can do to enhance its operation. He was a really nice person. The price was reasonable too. I would rate him highly and would use him in the future.

I called Absolute Heating because our furnace was not working and there was a electrical burning smell in the house. I left a message on his voice mail system. He called back within the half hour. He tried to help me over the phone before having to come out. We determined that he needed to come to the house. He let me know I had one customer in front of us but would be there within a couple of hours. He did show up within that time frame and quickly diagnosed the problem. A burned out fan motor. He went to work right away, had all the parts he needed and didn't waste any time. He was helpful in pointing out certain parts of the furnace and answered all of my questions. We were up and running again within an hour. I will call Absolute whenever a tune-up or service is needed again.

We've used the for service for years and have been very pleased. They do great work and are reasonably priced. I could not recommend them more highly, they are wonderful to work with. They always call to let you know when they are going to come or if there is going to be a delay.

IT WAS 95 DEGREES OUT, ANSWERED PHONE IMMEDIATELY, PROBLEM SOLVED ON THE PHONE TO HELP. WHEN I COULD NOT FIX IT THEY CAME OUT WITHIN 20 MINUTES. ON THIS DAY OTHER AIR CONDITIONING COMPANIES WERE NOT EVEN ANSWERING THEIR PHONES. GREAT SERVICE!
