I was very impressed with Bill and his team when I brought him my father's old Rolex watch from 1970. I was told by a fancy jewelry store and by Rolex themselves that it could not be fixed. Bill has a guy he works with who can get rare parts for watches. They did an incredible job with the watch. It went from battered to looking brand new. I would definitely recommend their services.

HE GAVE AN ESTIMATE OF $375 AND STUCK TO THE ESTIMATE, HE TOLD ME IT WOULD BE 3 WEEKS AND IT WAS A LITTLE UNDER. I WOULDN'T CALL ANYONE ELSE.

THEY SENT THE CLOCK OUT TO BE CLEANED. I WOULD NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THESE FOLKS AGAIN.
