We have used this lawn service for over 20 years. For some inexplicable reason his *guy* weed whacked my wifes entire garden on his fall clean up, after being told two weeks prior that my wife would deal with the gardens. His *guy* does not speak English, hence a big problem. But in all the years they performed work for us NEVER have they mutilated the gardens during fall clean up. When we spoke with Brian, the owner, he seemed very nonchalant about it at the same time my wife was crying. She is still very depressed the morning after. He was not even interested in driving out to see what his *guy* had done and was going to wait until NEXT SPRING to see how the mutilated plants responded. That was totally not acceptable to us. He said he would try to come out next week. My wife spent hundreds of hours, not to mention the money, trying to get things to grow in our yard, which has many shade trees. After living here for 3 years she had finally seen some progress, all to be ruined by Priority One.

Brian, the owner of Priority One has been my key contact throughout my experience. He is genuine and pleasant to work with and at times he prefers verbal communication, which I am a fan of as well. This is a far more personal approach and much more effective when selecting a service provider. Our HOA was looking for a lawn care provider for the common grounds of our community, Brian promptly came out, met with me and prepared an estimate. He was also able to provide references for me to contact, which all had good things to say about both the quality and their overall experience. Since hiring Priority One we have had additional projects which needed to be done. Brian is always available to meet with me or our board to go over the details and quote pricing. The work is just as he describes and whenever I have questions or concerns he is able to immediately address them. We are very pleased with our choice and look forward to continuing to work with Brian and his team!

I am very happy with their service and have just had 2 days of service so far, so it is hard to rate fairly until the season is over. I was extremely pleased with the spring cleanup as they paid attention to detail which is an important part to me.

Brian was great! He contacted me soon after I submitted my request for quote on line and when we met in person he was very personable - the kind of person you would want to do business with! I haven't actually had any lawncare service done to date, so I can't rate that. I can say based on the positive comments online that is exactly why I called them!

Brian was extremely prompt when returning initial phone call and setting up appointment for him to look at our yard (this is very important to customers) and provide an estimate to power rake/dethatch our yard. They came out that same week and completed the job and we are very satisfied with what they did. You don't have to chase this guy around and that was nice.

Priority One did an excellent job on my lawn, I was vary pleased with the out come of their work. I would definitely use their service in the future.

Amazing service. I sent an e-mail at 9 pm. and had a callback by 7 am. My lawn was done perfectly and quickly - the same day. Brian was extremely helpful and responsive. I couldn't have asked for more!
