Generally speaking, they're good. But lately, I've had trouble with them. I take my cat there. He is hyperthyroid. The medicine was supposed to be mailed to me from Texas, which I didn't get. Last night, I called them. The receptionist said they were open till 7:30. I got there at 7:00 and they were closed. I drive from Chaska. So, it's a little bit of a drive. I don't know if she was new or what the problem was. The vets are all good. Normally, they would be an 'A' grade. I just had one bad experience with them so far.

Everytime I have called, I have experienced ease with making an appointment. The techs and the vets are extremely friendly and remember the animals by name. The treatments they have ordered have all been effective in resolving the issues presented.

I think the veterinarians are good. They are very friendly. When I go to the clinic I look at the floor in the corner and they are clean. I think their exam rooms are clean.

Our old vet wanted to do a $2,000 surgery or put her down. I thought that was an extreme solution and needed a second opinion. I came here and they were very easy to work with. The treatment they suggested was reasonable and fair. They are compassionate. They don't offer me services I don't really need. They never push me to buy any expensive services either. We have been going here ever since and I have been consistently happy with her care. The vets follow up after visits and explain treatments very thoroughly. I'll drive farther to pay the same price at a better vet.
