We've worked with them for several years. They are dependable. They are usually reasonably priced than the other people are. They are local. They are close.

They are convenient. Their prices are competitive and they provide good customer service.

When you arrive at the store, you need patience as it takes a LONG time to get service. This is not a one time occurrence, it happens every time. When they finally got around to taking in the mower, it took a couple weeks to fix. Again, had to wait in line for a long time, before we could pick up the mower
Other Experiences - Once I went in hoping to purchase a grill. I waited over 15 minutes as two guys behind the counter were checking into something in a book and another employee on the floor visited with his family. There were no other customers there, so you'd think someone could spare a moment for me. I eventually left and purchased the grill at Everson's down the street, where I was greeted as I entered the door.

The house came with an nearly full tank so out of sight out of mind until it was running out in December. Inherited Ferrel Gas but wanted to work with the locals if possible which was Waconia Farm Supply. Jodi in the business office was great at explaining how it all works with locked rates, delivery, etc. Dan was the gas manager and coordinated delivery with my wife who said thing like "he's just so nice." A subsequent fill that was not so urgent arrived within 24 hrs though we had been prepared to wait a couple weeks if necessary. We won't be interested in working with anyone else based upon the 2009/2010 winter season

Delivered tractor to them on a Saturday, and I had it back by Tuesday. Other repair places said it would be 2-3 weeks before they had a chance to complete the job. Tractor came back washed and is working great!
