This is the 3rd time we have used Roen Roofing service. twice for repairs and once for roofing. Excellent quality of roof, pricing, and promptness. This company has great integrity, honesty and hard working ethics that keep us coming back as customers

When we called he said he did repairs and when he got here he pushed for a sale to do the whole roof. He said that he would help to get the insurance company to pay for this and would say it was hail damage.

In one word, Excellence. I couldn't be happier with the services we received. He met with us several times (when it was convenient for us) to discuss all of the aspects of getting a new roof and made sure we understood them. He also scheduled our roof around some other projects we had going on. The quote was easy to follow and any questions we had were answered as soon as he possibly could. Work was completed while we were away and we returned to a new roof and no mess. Everything looks great and if we have questions in the future he wants us to call him for answers.

He was very prompt and did a good job. He is very thorough. He has been working with us on an insurance claim. He worked with the evaluators and went to every meeting to show the insurance appraiser where the damage was on the roof was. I was very impressed with him.
