I would recommend them. They were nice and professional.

"Thank you for taking the time to voice your concerns, I can see how you would be frustrated with the service you received. Just wanted to let you know that there are 2 different Rebath franchises in MN and the Rebath out of Waconia, Mn does not service the Minneapolis area. The Rebath franchise you would be referring to would be located in Cottage Grove, Apple Valley."
