+ 0 moreMike Malm Construction, a professional, family run business is managed by Mike Malm Sr., a seasoned veteran in the window installation and door installation business. He offered me a competitive price and answered my inexperienced questions about window insulation, window brands and egress codes, etc. And from reading contractor blogs on the Internet, I was satisfied with ordering the Simonson Brand with super-spacer glass, which included the option of "light oak" on the interior. Good insulation value and reasonable. Mike Malm knew the area and the lumber companies and where to locate matching trim. And when I accidentally painted over a window extension, instead of staining light oak. He installed a new one at no charge. Mike and his sons efficiently put in 5 of the windows in one day as they worked with the siding crew effectively at the same time, without missing a step. Definitely a rehire! Highly Recommended! The front entry door installation, shows his craftsmanship.
Description of Work: Mike Malm Construction installed 11 windows, two of which were remodeled built-in custom, and the rest were replacement and new construction ordered from United Building Products who gave him as a referral. Mike Malm also installed one new fir entry door and two new Anderson storm doors.
