Appliance Sale
He called us back and asked us exactly what the problem was with our washing machine. He identified the problem and asked us for all of the serial numbers etc for our machine. He then ordered the part and called when it arrived. He then came out the day it arrived and fixed our machine. It was so nice that he did not have to come out twice. Saved us both a lot of time. He is nice, great at his job and one of those people who you like and trust to service your home. I will always call him when repairs are needed.
