Piano Tuning
He become less punctual as time went on. He would forget the appointment and didn't call me and had all kinds of excuses on why he didn't come. He was going to install a humidity board, but said he needed the money up front. I paid him and he never put it in. His prices are fair and he did tune my piano properly. I had another problem. I had a key that wasn't sounding properly and I think he broke a key joint. I think it was cracked and when he looked to see what the problem was, I think he broke it. He did fix it, but it took 6 weeks for him to bring the key back. He knows how to do tuning and he is good with pianos, but he is not responsive.
