Very responsive to quick turnaround for a home sale based on new roof. Worked when they said and held true to project estimate and expectations. Worked with us to accommodate payments at closing property sale. Met with insurance adjuster and were flexible to meeting our needs.

I paid him in full before the job was completed because the facia had to be on backorder. Jim promised me he would finish the job when the parts come in, well the parts came in and I called him. He said he would send a siding man to be here in four days. He lied, no one showed up. He also blocked my phone calls. I am very frustrated. I was promised I am going to get my rain gutters done in 2 weeks which have turned into 6 weeks, and no answers on why it is taking so long.

I searched Home Advisor for a roofer. Jim called right away and worked with my insurance company to determine extent of damage. Things went very smoothly and his roofing team was excellent.

Jim from Cheetah Roofing contacted me within a couple of hours of me submitting a bid request. Less than two weeks later my 23 year-old roof had been replaced along with a small amount of decking material. The actual job took 2 partial days because of weather. His quote was very competitive, customer service and communication excellent, and his crew did a better job that I would have. Jim and his crew checked repeatedly with me to ensure that I was satisfied with their work. I would definitely recommend Cheetah Roofing to everyone who needs roofing work.

I've never written a review, but wanted others to know about the excellent painter Shannon, with Cheetah Home Services. He painted two doors, one with a bright red color. Red can be a very difficult color to match the right tone and hide brush marks. It turned out perfect!

Very cheap quote was giving, sounded too good to be true, probably my fault for accepting an estimate without signing a contract. Make sure you sign a contract and know what you're getting. Final price was over double what initial estimate was. Took a long time with customer service to deal with it, request a detailed invoice to see why quote was higher, was told it was being delivered in person. Showed up with a one line invoice for the work done. Wish I had gone with someone a little more expensive that provides a better product, and honest estimates.

Customer service was great. Clean up great. A few very small areas that were missed, basically in tight corners. Coverage and consistency very good. I would definitely hire them again.

Shannon Klein his work was superior, value of work was great, the interior paint was outstanding, Shannon was just outstanding worker.

I really appreciated that Shannon took the time to come to my house to provide an estimate. Versus other services who just asked for the dimensions and had me rate the overall condition of the three rooms I needed painted. Once I booked their services, Shannon arrived on time and was very professional while he was working within my home. I have already reserved Cheetah's painting services in March for the rest of my interior walls to be painted.

I had repair work done on my roof. The owner came out the next day. Checked the entire roof for damage to all my vents. He took pictures of all the vents that were compromised before replacing any of them. The vents were replaced with a better quality material, the customer service was a 10 and the value for my money was outstanding. I will use Cheetah Roofing again and refer them to family and friends.

The service followed up any questions or concerns in a timely matter. Very willing to help me with my concerns.
