Tim Kessler did a fine job installing tile for a new shower.  He worked well with our plumber and our schedule. The work was done in a timely, professional manner and cleanup was well done.  He saved us considerable money in materials by using undamaged tiles and ordering only the additional tiles he needed.

We were totally satisfied with the entire process! Tim is very personable and easy to work with. He was referred to us by a carpenter friend who was doing the rough-in work in the same bathroom and who was familiar with Tim's work. Tim came to our house and we discussed some ideas at length. Since we wanted to purchase the tile, he took measurements and helped us determine the correct amount of tile needed for the job. We never asked for an estimate....we relied on our friend's recommendation since he knew Tim fairly well although an estimate would have been provided had we asked. After purchasing the materials, I contacted him by phone (he always responded within a day or two) and set up the schedule. Tim always showed up at the agreed-upon time and each day left the work area neat and clean. Total time spent on the project was approximately four days: one day to prep, two days to lay the tile, and one day to grout (we sealed the grout ourselves). He also came back for a couple of hours to make a few changes that we requested.

We spent about $850 on materials and paid Tim $900 for the labor. It was worth every penny! The work is high quality and looks great!

We would definitely recommend Tim for any tile job.
