John went over and above my exceptions and is a true craftsman, he would call me every time there was a question about my home plans and would make suggestions and possible alternatives for doing it another way that was an improvement and cost efficient for our home. John removed a couple of windows that were install by another contractor that were leaking during a hard spring rain after being alerted by my electrician who just happen to be working on our house that day and without being asked John brought in fans to dry everything and removed and re flashed the windows. John always available when I need to ask questions or if I had any concerns.
